We would like to introduce Asahi Reitex's "Adhesive Processing." In this process, adhesive is sprayed onto the rubber, and a jersey is layered on top, which is then bonded together using heat and pressure from a drum. The adhesive used is an emulsified version of the same material as chloroprene rubber. We pursue heat resistance, durability, and high performance. Additionally, we aim to reduce the stiffness caused by adhesion and enhance the bonding strength. 【Processing Steps】 1. Spray adhesive onto the rubber and layer the jersey on top. 2.
